How can I book a photography session with you? What is your booking process upon enquiry?

You can call, email or message me.
Upon booking, a Booking Fee of 25% will be required to secure your session date. You will then receive an online Booking Form to get those finer details, an invoice and a contract.

An Enquiry and Contact Form are also provided on the home page of my website or under the 'Contact' section. I will happily respond as soon as possible.
I welcome any further questions you may have about your session and I am more than happy to discuss with you any changes or special arrangements regarding your session.

Can you travel to me for a photography session?

Yes we can absolutely travel to you.

Kalle Smith Photography is located in the Hunter Valley. We service for the Hunter Valley, Newcastle, Central Coast, Upper Hunter and Port Stephens areas.

Some locations may incur an additional travel cost.

Is there a limit on how many people I can have included into my photoshoot?

No I do not set a limit. So bring along anyone you would like with you!

Do you have any tips for our photography session?

Family sessions with children can sometimes be unpredictable. Children can decide to be flat or uncooperative so please bring along any snacks, drinks or favourite toys to have on hand. We will go at the pace of the children. These can all be incorporated into the shoot if need be.

Meltdown moments are good, the favourites for Christmas cards! Parents keep calm and let kids be kids.

You may even like to bring along that special blanket knitted by grandma or a heirloom piece.

Can I bring my pet along to join in our photoshoot?

Of course you can! I would love to capture your sweet fur or feathered baby for you.

Can I purchase additional Retouched Images from my photography session?

Yes.
If you would like more professionally Retouched Images after receiving your final gallery, this can be done for you for $20 per image.

What is your payment process for Weddings and Elopements?

Upon booking, a Booking Fee of 25% will be required to secure your special date, with the remainder of monies due two weeks prior.

How long before I receive my photographs?

Your photographs will be returned to you between one and two weeks. Galleries that are large may take up to three weeks to complete.

Weddings and Elopements will have their photographs returned between three and six weeks.

What is your payment process for family, event and business bookings?

With you completing my Booking Form, this will enable me to get a clear picture about you and what you want from the session. It assists me to get all those finer details.

After the Booking Form is sent to you I will supply you with an invoice and a contract.

What do I wear for my photography session?

Please wear complimenting colours that will match well with the other members participating in the session, plain clothing and shoes. Think timeless.
This will really help bring out the beautiful, polished look to your images.

Avoid large labels and prints.

Do you have clothing pieces that I can wear for my shoot?

I have gorgeous antique gowns and dresses available for you to wear for your session. These dresses are also perfect for a maternity session and are available to hire for a small fee.

For children, I have some beautiful children's pieces available for wear (no fee).
I have designed the children's clothing myself so I would love to see your children wearing my pieces! Sizes vary in different designs from 0 to 7 years. There are gorgeous dresses for the girls and timeless sets for the boys.

I am always adding new adorations, clothing and pieces to my collections.
